Family&Friend Vacations
We have been blessed with an amazing property through an incredible set of circumstances, and love to share it with others. The four bedroom 3400' home has room for up to 12 guests, and offers an unforgettable Colorado vacation. The lake offers exceptional trout fishing and wild life abounds! Surrounded by decks and nature on all sides, the home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Watch the deer from the hot tub or get out for some fun - the fishing boat, kayaks, paddle board, volleyball and corn hole sets all make for good times!
Weddings
Gather with friends and family at our gorgeous lakeside wedding venue. While we do not provide added services, we can connect you with our preferred vendors and wedding planners.
We offer both single day wedding options or a wedding combined with a stay. We are a perfect venue for a smaller, budget friendly wedding, hosting wedding parties up to 65 persons
It is important to us that your wedding be a time of incredible blessing that you'll remember for a life time, and we count it an honor share our property with you
Retreats
Want to do an exclusive corporate day retreat? We can help make your corporate getaway a time that all will remember, bringing your team together around fun while refreshing and renewing your soul. Blend meeting time with bonding time - fly or spin fish for trout together (guided or unguided), play some volleyball, compete in a corn hole tournament, or hit the trail on horseback riding through our partnership with Bear Mountain Riding Stables, a short walk from the home. There's also some great disk golf nearby.
Day retreats are offered from
8 am to 4 pm, starting at a rate of $1600 for four, with $100 added per person up to 20 persons. We are glad to customize an experience for you, and can arrange for food and beverage service options, guided fishing, and more.

Details
While we do not provide chairs, tables, linens etc, we work a number of area wedding coordinators, offering weddings for up 65 persons.
The lakeside lawn offers
an idyllic setting for ceremonies, framed by breathtaking mountain views. The expansive great room of the home seamlessly opens on three sides and is surrounded by spacious decks, making it the perfect space for receptions and gatherings. We do require that outdoor music conclude by 10 pm, in accordance with local bylaws.

VACATION RENTALS
Stay
Plan a perfect family and friends getaway. With room for up to twelve with kids in the mix, we offer a perfect home to reconnect with loved ones. Relax on the adirondack chairs, soak in the hot tub, or chill in a rocking chair on the covered porch, finding time to catch up with family and friends.
We have four bedrooms, a master with a king bed and a day bed, a second king room, and two rooms with queen beds that also have play lofts with a single mattress in each. The girl's queen room has it own private full bath, while the Boy's bedroom and King bedroom share a full bath. The family room upstairs has a pullout sofa-sleeper queen bed. Play
We offer exceptional catch and release trout fishing for rainbow and brown trout. Chase the hatch for rising trout from the shore or the fishing boat, and catch the trout of a life time!
Take a dip in the pond, the hot tub or both! There are plenty of other outdoor games - corn hole, volleyball, bocci ball and more. There also a host of indoor games - ping pong, an Xbox360, board games and more. Arrange for a trail ride at nearby Bear Mountain Riding Stables or get out hiking on the myriad of nearby trails!
If you'd like to explore Denver, downtown is only 35 minutes away. Take in a Broncos, Avs, Nuggets or Rockies game, enjoy a concert at Redrocks or at the DCPA, or explore one of Denver's many museums!
Details
Summer and early falls rates from May to October are $895 a night with a $300 cleaning fee. Christmas, Thanksgiving and the July 4th week are $975 per night. All other nights are $795 per night.
We have a four night minimum, except for wedding stays, where the minimum is two nights, plus the $3800 wedding fee.
Check in time is typically 3:30 pm and check out is 11 am. We provide codes for a keyless entry system at the time of your stay.
